Switch to 24/7 Contacts By November 1 to Avoid Additional Fees

Beginning November 1, 2020:  Member Services will begin creating additional outputs for dispatch codes that do not have emergency /short notice contacts available 24/7.

A new/additional output will be created for each time block currently listed on your emergency short notice contact information. Time Blocks = Office hours, After hours, Weekends, Holidays, lunch breaks, etc. Each additional output could result in an additional $120 a year maintenance fee.

Emergency Short Notice call notifications are made in addition to the electronic
transmission of the locate request.

To avoid these additional fees, please consider updating your contacts, that are separated by time blocks, with a list of contacts that are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. A list of up to (3) contacts, who can be called 24 hours a day 7 days a week, is optimal for the maintenance of your emergency short notice calls.
