Avoid Additional Fees for Emergency Short Notice Calls - Final Notice

FINAL NOTICE: You have not switched to 24/7 EM/SN Contacts  

Emergency/Short Notice (EM/SN) call notifications are made in addition to the electronic transmission of the locate request. 24/7 EM/SN Contacts are optimal for the maintenance of your emergency short notice calls.

Beginning November 1, 2020:  Member Services will begin creating additional outputs for dispatch codes that do not have emergency /short notice contacts available 24/7.

A new/additional output will be created for each time block currently listed on your emergency short notice contact information. Time Blocks = Office hours, After hours, Weekends, Holidays, lunch breaks, etc. Each additional output will incur an additional $120/year maintenance fee.

To avoid these additional fees, reply to this email to update your contacts that are separated by time blocks to a list of up to (3) contacts that are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week.  

If your EM/SN contacts are not switched to 24/7 by October 31, 2020, you will incur these additional output fees for each time block.
