We are switching to a new web application for updating service areas/mapping for all OKIE811 members. The name of the web application is called the ‘Service Area Editor’ aka SAE. The new release of the SAE is available now.

Reminder, effective May 14th, 2021, we will be making some content changes to the ticket sent to you. The information contained in "Nearby Major Intersection" will now include the single street name of the cross street closest to the dig site.
Please note: As people transition to using "Cross Street" they may still provide the nearest major intersection which could include 2 street names.

The decision was made at the November 2020 Board of Directors Meeting to begin processing 2nd Notices after hours, on weekends and holidays. This is a result of excavators being able to set their excavation start date on a non-business day. This notice serves as an opportunity for you to assess the handling of these requests after hours.
