WE NEED YOUR HELP: Members who upload responses from your system or third-party system into the OKIE811 Portal, we are asking you to make the Comments field required in your system for the Response Action #3 – Other to ensure users are entering comments and that they are uploading into the OKIE811 Portal. Default Work to Begin Time
In conjunction with the legislation change to provide a life of a ticket as 14 calendar days, the OKIE811 Board of Directors has voted and approved the default start time of the locate to be 12:00am. Excavators are still asked for their work to begin date/time which should be no less than 48 hours excluding the date of notification, Saturdays and Sundays and legal state holidays. Reminder, Dig Site Buffer Reduction
REMINDER!!! November 1, 2021 - OKIE811 will be reducing the Dig Site Buffer from 300 feet to 150 feet. This will most likely result in a reduction in the number of outbound locate request notices that your company receives. Read More

2022 Fee Schedule
The Board of Directors for Oklahoma One-Call System (OKIE811) has approved the 2022 Fee Schedule. Though there are no increases in Fees or Ticket Rates for 2022, the Dig Site Buffer is reducing from 300 feet to 150 feet which may result in fewer notifications to members.
