The decision was made at the November 2020 Board of Directors Meeting to begin processing 2nd Notices after hours, on weekends and holidays. This is a result of excavators being able to set their excavation start date on a non-business day. This notice serves as an opportunity for you to assess the handling of these requests after hours. Switch to 24/7 Contacts By November 1 to Avoid Additional Fees
Beginning November 1, 2020: Member Services will begin creating additional outputs for dispatch codes that do not have emergency /short notice contacts available 24/7.
A new/additional output will be created for each time block currently listed on your emergency short notice contact information. Time Blocks = Office hours, After hours, Weekends, Holidays, lunch breaks, etc. Each additional output could result in an additional $120 a year maintenance fee.

The Board of Directors for Oklahoma One-Call System (OKIE811) has approved this Fee Schedule and agree we should not increase fees for members in a potentially difficult year ahead. This Fee Schedule goes into effect November 1, 2020 for all services provided from 11/1/2020 thru 10/31/2021. Effective November 1, 2019, any member of OKIE811 who has not switched to Vocal Notify, our new automated callout service for emergency short notices, will incur a surcharge. The surcharge fee is $5.00 for each ticket our Customer Service Representative has to call out. Read More
