If you already have an account on the OKIE811 Portal, you do not need to sign up on the mobile app again. You can use the same user name and password on the OKIE811 Portal and the mobile app.
If you do not have an existing user, you can easily sign up for an account on the OKIE811 Mobile App.
At the App store, search “OKIE811” to download the app.
Open the OKIE811 App and select “Sign Up” on the home page. You will be prompted to verify you do not already have an account on the OKIE811 portal. Select ‘Yes’ to proceed.
Please notate that all fields in Red are required.
Under Account Information, you will start with entering an email address; this will be your user name
Enter a password. Remember passwords are case sensitive.
Re-enter the password to verify.
Next is your User Information: you will enter your first and last name as the user under this account.
Enter you/your company mailing address, city, state, and Zip. Enter you/your company phone number and extension if applicable.
Please note: If you are signing up on behalf of a company, the address and phone number information in this section should be for that company.
Next is the Company Information. If you are a homeowner, drag the slider button to the right, it will turn green. This will automatically fill out the fields under “Company Information” with the information you entered under the User Information section.
If you are not a homeowner, fill out the Company Name and then select the Company Type that best fits your company ( example: are you a professional contractor or utility company?)
If the address information for your company is the same as the user information you have already entered, drag the slider button to the right, it will turn green. This will automatically fill out the fields under “Company Information” with the information you entered under the “User Information”
If the address information in this section is not the same as the User Information, fill out the Address, City, State, Zip, and Phone Number/Extension.
Lastly, enter your Ticket Contact Information, this is the name and phone number of the point of contact for your locate requests. If the contact information is the same as the user information, drag the slider button to the right, it will turn green. This will automatically fill out the fields under Ticket Contact Information with the information you entered under the User Information.
If is not the same as User Information, enter First and Last Name of the Ticket Contact Person along with the phone number/extension and email address.
Please note: The information you enter here is not permanent, the Ticket Contact Person can be edited with each ticket submission as needed.
Review your information for accuracy.
Click on the green Sign Up button
Your registration has been submitted but you are not quite done yet! Please check your email to complete the process. Click on the link inside the email, this will activate your account and you are now ready to Sign In.

Go back to the app and click on Sign In to sign into your account and you are now ready to Enter or Find Tickets.
