Action Items OKIE811 has taken as of 8/1/2022:
- Create a By-Laws Committee to look at increasing/changing the board composition.
- April 2, 2022 put in “Update Validation” process for excavators updating tickets to ensure excavation is taking place.
- Nov 1, 2021 reduced the dig site buffer from 300’ to 150’.
OUTCOMES TO DATE: 6.2% reduction in outbound notices to members/operators to have lines located and marked (Ratio dropped from 6.09 to 5.72)
